the color creation process is fast and efficient.
STEP 1 - Color Reading and Detection
After connecting the spectrophotometer to the smartphone app via Bluetooth, it is possible to “read” the shade to be reproduced or select the color from a color card.
The app manages all color reading operations and the selection of the product to be formulated and sends the data to the server.
STEP 2 - Formulation and correction
The cloud server performs all calculations basing on pre- set databases and returns the formula for the desired product in the color and quantity requested. From the app, it is possible to make any necessary correction to the generated formulation.
STEP 3 - Production Order
Once the formulation is defined, it is necessary to send the same formula and the number of units per product to the desktop order management software, so that it is possible to transfer the requested order to the tinting machine for production.
