The main sectors of use
Ikaro can be used both by retailers, who have access to the tinting system, and by applicators who do not have access to the tinting system consisting of bases and colorants.
The same system can be offered, following the same scheme of retailers- applicators, by paint manufacturers.
1. The Applicator
The applicator has the opportunity to save time and money.
By reading the sample, through a simple guided procedure, he can order the finished colored product from their retailer.
Even in the absence of a physical sample, the retailer can check and deliver the chosen colored product to the customer. Should the end have his own tinting system, he can formulate and color the desired product immediately.
2. The Retailer

The retailer can read the color reference and through the app, “request” the formula for the desired product.
The application provides the best formula as far as quality, price, reliability, and accuracy are concerned.
After assembling and tinting the final product, the retailer has the possibility to check the result and possibly correct the color, always through simple steps from the app.
Remote Management of Colors on request
The retailer can use the Ikaro system as a tool for customer loyalty for their applicator clients (body shops, paint shops, different kinf of end users) who do not have or cannot use the tinting system and consistently produce and request a variety of colors.
The retailer can directly provide the spectrophotometer with the app to the applicator or their agent, with the aim of allowing color sample reading on-site or in their workshop.
Through Ikaro Order Sender, it will be possible to immediately send the order to the retailer, including reading, reflectance, formula, and quantity of product to be prepared.
3. The Paint Manufacturer
The same paint manufacturer in any sector can present the overall project to its sales network so that their retailers are exempt from readings and constant corrections, and end customers gain more autonomy in identifying the desired color.
The manufacturer can use the Ikaro model with Spectrophotometer, App, Software, and standard Server, or request a branded customization of the system with dedicated servers.
