The retailer receives a color formula:

-It can also be obtained by non-expert operators

-It simply needs to perform a reading with the spectrophotometer using an app.

Physical availability of the sample for which the color needs to be reproduced is not necessary:

-Often, attempts are made to detach paint from the artifact, risking color alteration

-Therefore, dismantling or bringing bulky samples is no longer necessary because they can be read directly on-site.
